Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales and IT talented heads.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners.
