[China] HR Lead

  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement full cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor, employees issues.
  • Location: Shenzhen

What will you do?


  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, Marketing, Sales, Partner Manager... or similar role.
  • Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates.
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention-to-detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Driven with a “get it done” attitude.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Prefer Vietnamese people and good at Chinese
