What will you do?

Lead Product Manager is also tasked with overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business’s product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers’ needs.
Giving the business’s product strategy and ensuring that the business makes informed and beneficial decisions when presented to the CEO and subsequently to the stakeholders.
Ensures that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business.
Working closely with Agile team such as engineering department, and other departments to deliver the business’s product
Work with Product Owners to optimize feature delivery to the customers in balance with the enterprise’s technical and economic objectives
Participate in feature design & product roadmap development
Responsible for writing instructional documents for development teams
Hands-on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes
Analyze data from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel .. ) to measure product quality & prioritize which features to build

Requirements

Have at least 3 years experience in the Product Owner/ Product Manager/Product Management
Experience using local and foreign platform eCommerce
Ability to use tools like Figma, Balsamiq Mockups .. to build wireframe & prototype
Have knowledge of UI / UX Designer (knowledge of UI Kit definitions, design system, components, and how to apply in product construction)
Prefer candidate who is empathy and curiosity (research product audience, stay current on technology trends, and will keep an eye on the competition)
Great leadership should further be coupled with excellent people skills
Not required but technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, programming HTML / CSS, API, SQL …) is an advantage
