The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and driving efficiency in our ecommerce operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of system design and implementation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our Print-On-Demand platform (PrintBase), including sourcing, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve arising problems, ensure seamless operation and provide prompt support required to boost the business.
• Lead operational projects to design and implement new systems/product features or enhancements to existing systems to support business growth and scalability.
• Manage the dispute & claims handling process, including customer inquiries, escalations and resolutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and optimize inventory turnover.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practices along with providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with system design and implementation, preferably in an ecommerce or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and systems/tools is a big plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and business-oriented mindset.
