JOB DESCRIPTION

• Enhance the business value of the ShopBase platform through strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing the conversion rate
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Produce product documentation, covering problem analysis, execution plans, concepts, user journeys, system maps, wireframes/prototypes, specifications, and help documentation.
• Oversee the product release schedule, collaborating with multiple development teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality and timely releases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Someone who genuinely enjoys conducting interviews and actively listening to customers while maintaining a keen awareness of your competitors.
• Ability to build wireframe/prototype using Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, Axure RP, Sketch
• Expose good logic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner/ Product Manager/ Business Analyst.

PREFER QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems
• Experience with e-commerce platforms 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
