JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take ownership of the product outcome and guide cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Marketing, towards achieving business objectives.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Produce product documentation, covering problem analysis, execution plans, concepts, user journeys, system maps, wireframes/prototypes, specifications, and help documentation.
• Oversee the product release schedule, collaborating with multiple development teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality and timely releases.

• Empathy and curiosity (research product audience, stay current on technology trends, and keep an eye on the competition)
• Expose good logic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner/ Product Manager/ Business Analyst.
• Experience with payment and e-commerce platforms is highly preferential
• Ability to build wireframe/prototype using Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, Axure RP, Sketch
• Not required but technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, HTML / CSS, API, SQL, 3rd party integration …) is an advantage
