• Make detailed plans for test teams, and manage team progress.
• Review test documents, manage the execution.
• Control and monitor test results to ensure project quality.
• Summary of issues arising during project implementation and recommendations for improvement, implementation of Scum and role as PM.
• Manage and develop team members.
• Defining and implementing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA inside of the Product team
• Proficient in end-to-end testing, not only in delivering a polished user experience but also in keeping the important user flows and business logic in mind.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in the position of Automation Test Leader or Senior Automation Tester or Manual Test Leader
• The careful meticulous, good mindset of software quality, always eager to participate in developing the best quality products.
• Has knowledge and ability to perform testing techniques (black box, white box, automation test, security test).
• Have experience in planning.
• Have experience in testing Web Systems, Mobile Applications. 
• Enthusiastic, ability to work under pressure.

• Testing tool: Postman, Jmeter, Golang (for automating QA pipeline)
