What will you do?

  • Develop effective sales strategies
  • Build and manage the sales team to ensure business operations and KPI
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, anticipate their needs
  • Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs, then effectively work with teams to improve product quality.


Requirements

  • Have 2 years of experience working in a Sales Lead position
  • Good knowledge about market, e-commerce
  • Have a strong command in English
  • Have a great sense of customer service, a strong desire to learn, and be a great communicator, good problem-solving.
