QA (Quality Assurance) CS

  • Auditing CS live chats and emails to ensure bringing good CS quality to customers
  • Providing daily coaching to agents for any mistakes found (if required) from QA results
  • Collecting feedback and building/reviewing/revising related CS workflow
  • Delivering related CS training to agents;
  • Contributing feedback to improve CS quality,etc.
  • Report to CS Lead

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
  • At least 2 year-experience customer support. Having experience in Quality assurance is a plus

  • Advanced written and spoken English, Chinese language is a plus
