UX Design 

  • Collaborate with Software Development teams, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve experience design and create innovative solutions, ensure user experiences align with business goals, balance awareness of business needs and technical challenges
  • User Understanding: Generate user personas, scenarios, storyboards, and workflows; perform both heuristic and user reviews and do usability testing.
  • Feature Architect: Create rapid prototypes and wireframes
  • Usability: Guide interaction design reviews and iterations with usability principles and testing data based on user understanding (learnability, memorability)
  • Continued knowledge of UX and UI design trends
  • Inspire team members with technical and professional guidance on career development. Identify opportunities for process improvements within and across the team(s)

What will you do?


  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX designer
  • Bachelor’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar is preferred
  • Able to plan, conduct and analyze user research
  • Able to develop/reshape information architecture
  • Proficient in prototyping and wireframe tools Solid grasp of visual and informational hierarchy
  • Highly creative, strong communication and collaboration skills

As a designer on the team, you will be responsible for driving creative UX design solutions and closely collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and other disciplines.
